Oklahoma tornado victims: How you can help

Wesley Hitt

Pitch in to help our neighbors.

We've got a lot of folks from Oklahoma who read this site. They're our neighbors, sometimes literally, sometimes more in the broader sense of the bond we share as Rams fans. Either way, they need our help after Monday's devastating tornado that ripped through Moore and other communities there.

There's no need to belabor the point. You saw the photos and video from Monday's storms. It could, and in some cases has, happened to any of us. The Rams themselves spent some time in Joplin, Mo., helping the rebuilding efforts there in the wake of the May 2011 tornado that killed 158 people.

Our friends over at Crimson and Cream Machine, SB Nation's Oklahoma Sooners blog, are raising money to help tornado victims. Let's pitch in to help them. Just click through the widget below. They're trying to raise $5,000, a very modest goal that Rams fans can help them reach.

I chipped in. I hope you can too.
