It's day two of the 2013 NFL Draft. The Jaguars are on the clock at No. 33 starting at 6:30 p.m. EDT. And you can bet because this is the NFL things will start on time, ready or not.
A night of wheeling and dealing in the first round scrambled the order in the second and third. The St. Louis Rams and the Minnesota Vikings no longer have second-round picks to make ... for now. The Patriots on the other hand have a boatload, four on Friday ... for now.
The second and third rounds could be particularly important this year. There are a number of wide receivers, cornerbacks and quarterbacks that slipped out of the first round. Teams will find essential contributors on Friday, and a few might be willing to move around to get their guy, especially when it comes to the signal callers.
