Trade rumors, pick speculation and general draft day banter is causing my Twitter feed to cycle through faster than I can keep up. The latest bits of information came from ESPN's Adam Schefter and Yahoo's Jason Cole.
Schefter tweeted out that the Rams second pick in the first round is undoubtedly on the market:
Rams' second-first round pick, No. 22 overall, clearly is for sale. STL looking to deal out of 22.

While this isn't necessarily new news, Adam Schefter tweeting it gives it an air of affirmation. Couple Schefter's tweet with the recent rumor from Jason Cole that the Falcons are looking to move up into the early 20's and now we are cooking!
Hearing that goal for ATL in possible trade up is a DE/pass rusher. Best ATL can do is prob 22 or 23, putting them in range for Bjorn Werner

If the Falcons are looking to move up for a top-tier pass rusher the Rams would be a likely fit. Having two first round picks allows the Rams more draft day freedom than most teams. Not to mention, Les Snead is likely more plugged in with his former team than other general managers.
If the Rams and Falcons do execute a trade involving the 22nd pick, what should the Rams get in return?
The Falcons currently hold picks 30, 60, 92, 127, 133, 163, 198, 236, 243, 244 and 249.
