Bill Polian's Pre-War Room Questions

I was listening to The Herd with Colin Cowherd today, and he brought Bill Polian in to talk about the draft. He talked about how he managed the process of analyzing prospects. It was pretty insightful when he talked about how the day leading up to the draft went down:

... We would bring the senior scouts back in, and show them the board and say 'Who's up there that you don't like, that you hate... and who should be up there? And then third, who do you want on this football team? You have one choice, who do you want on this football team." So we'd go back around again and let them have the last word just so to be sure that the head coach and I and the assistant GM aren't being carried away by our own voices...
