The list will not be comprised of the most memorable Rams players, and regardless of the value they did [or did not] add to the team, the fact remains that they shaped the immediate future of the team at that time.

Total Number of Rams Draft Picks Since 1995: 156
Total Number of 7th Round Draft Picks Since 1995: 33
↳ 21.1% of overall picks
I recently highlighted how the Rams have utilized a good majority of their draft picks on 7th round selections, and have come up with very little to show for it. Daryl Richardson - 7th rounder from 2012 - might be more the exception than the rule. Chris Chamberlain was a special teams standout for the Rams between 2008 and 2011 [when he was released], and outside of that Ryan Fitzpatrick - who will watch the Rams beat the Titans from the sidelines in 2013 - might be the most recognizable name to NFL fans. The longest tenured - and most utilized - of the 7th rounders was C/LS Chris Massey. In Massey’s eight year stint with the Rams he played in every game, and successfully delivered 702 [of a potential 703] clean snaps.
To be fair, it's an uphill battle for players selected this late in the draft to make an impact as a starter, much less actually make the final 53-man roster. Impossible though? No.
Stay tuned, because as the days count down to the draft we'll re-visit Rams draft picks by round [finishing with 1st rounders on draft day.] The list will continue to grow shorter, the names more recognizable, and the memories more fond. Also, it's inevitable that we'll cross state lines, as it would be near criminal not to mention some of the legends drafted while the team was in Los Angeles.
