As GM, this is what I would do.
I would let Sjax, and Amendola walk. I would also release T: Hunter, G: Dahl, and S: Mikell. I would want to split Mikell's dead money into two years.
That leaves us with about $23M in cap space. If we needed $7M for signing our draftees, then we will have $16M for free agency.
G Andy Levitre: 5 year/ $35M
S Dashon Goldson: 4 year/$24M
C/G Rob Turner: 3 year/$7M
1.16: G Chance Warmack Alabama
Everyone knows how good Chance is. He can make holes like a truck. If he is there at number 16, I wouldn't pick anyone else.
1.22: T DJ Fluker Alabama
Fluker has freakishly long arms. He is exactly the person we need at RT. If he is there at 22, this is a no brainer. I know Fisher has only picked one linemen in the first round in 18 years of head coaching, but couldn't a guy dream. This would give us a top 5 line in the league. Time for Bradford to throw, holes for Rich and ipead to blast through.
2.46: S Eric Reid LSU or
S Matt Elam Florida
Could you imagine our secondary with Goldson and Reid/Elam as safeties??
3.78: TE Vance McDonald Rice
4.110: WR Ryan Swope Texas A&M
Ryan is a taller, stronger Amendola. He ran a 4.34, but he doesn't blow by defensive backs often. I think Miami will draft him in the 2nd round, but if he is there at 110, I say we marry him.
5.142: OLB Sio Moore UConn or
OLB Jamie Collins Southern Miss
6.174: DT TJ Barnes Georgia Tech 6'6" 369 lbs
This guy is an absolute beast. Just watch the video. He is just what Fisher loves.
7.206: WR Taylor Stockemer Arkansas St.
Taylor wasn't at the combine, but he is a 6'4" receiver who can run a 4.5s 40. His dad was a running back at Baylor and he was the WR2 for most of his college career. At 23, I think he would be a great pick up in the 7th round.
We would fill the rest of the wholes in post draft FA. Thank you for reading.
