Although I hate to see one of my favorite Rams receiver walk out of the building, but it seems that he has found a good home. It has seemed for a while that Amendola and his injury history was not in the plans for the upcoming season. I am glad to see Danny has found a good deal with a team that really fits his skill set. Amendola takes over the role of his Texas Tech predecessor, Wes Welker. The Patriots even offered Danny a better deal than Welker,5 years, $31M for the former Ram and 2 years, $10M for Peyton Mannings new go-to-guy.

I am happy to see Danny get such a great deal and I hope all the best for him on his future with the Patriots...unless of coarse he is being covered by our soon to be stellar secondary (Louis Delmas, Kenny Vaccaro)
