The Rams have made their first splash in free-agency that didnt involve letting people go. The Rams have resigned defensive end William Hayes. Hayes recorded 7 sacks and 35 tackles as a backup on the Ram's defensive line. He was one of the best run defenders and is nimble on the outside. A quality we saw twice on back to back plays when he stuffed Adrian Peterson for 2 yard losses on both plays.

The terms of the deal were not disclosed, and frankly I do not care. I believe that Fisher paid a good price and convinced Hayes to play for a reasonable amount of money. Now as the countdown to Free-agency is just less than two hours away we can sit and rest on our laurels for about.,.........45 mins?

Don't worry about the Rams, Fisher has us going up!

Just a fun fact, a certain former Ram was jsut cut by the Bills. I feel sorry for Ryan Fitz. I think he deserved another chance.
