I know what you're thinking; another offseason satire or fanfiction story. Guess again. Rams HB Terrance Ganaway is working a minimum wage job making sandwiches for Jimmy John's Gourmet Sandwiches. You wouldn't think a football player, even one signed to the league minimum, would need an extra job. When questioned why he would take such a job with the pay he has, Ganaway jokes;
3 reasons: 1. I have too much free time. 2. Tell my kids I worked two jobs to put them through school. 3. Cause the pay is really good.

In an interview with the St. Louis Post Dispatch, he explained, "I just wanted to stay fit, stay out of trouble, and really just try to save money and not spend a lot of money." He further elaborated that he took the job to keep himself occupied and not in trouble without cutting into his workout and/or training time, which he said has not been impacted by his new job.

What do you think, TST? And is anyone in the Waco area taking a trip to Jimmy Johns any time soon?
