From the looks of things in NY the G-Men can't afford to pay Victor Cruz. He's set to become a RFA which means. The tag on WR's is around 10 mill this year which would put them over the cap and even if they signed him. They would have a even bigger problem next year because Nicks would be a FA also. It's a matter of pick and choose in NY and honestly i think Nicks would be the better choice because. His hand are second to none and he seem's more of all around polished WR then Cruz.
