Skill Over Talent

and i put together a list of WR who has more skill then talent in this WR class here's some highlights enjoy

Sometimes you have to look pass talent and focus on skill. speed doesn't always get you separation because every body in the NFL is fast. IMO there are only 3 pro ready WR in this draft and that's Keenan Allen,Justin Stedmen Bailey and Quinton Patton and here why i think so

Route running- Route running is a very over looked skill when it comes to Wr coming out of college because it can be taught but when your have the ability to do it coming out college it come be improved

Press man- Beating press man is always a a good skill to have if you can win it the L.O.S you will dominate in the NFL

Hand and eye coordination- All Wr drop passes but the greats had great hand and eye coordination the ability to make every catch look the same it was way they caught the ball not how they caught it

The Y.A.C- Y.A.C which is yards after catch is a talent not a skill but if you can do the three above Y.A.C will come easy

Nose for the end zone- all the great Wr knew how to score you can run up and down the field all day long but if your get to the red zone and can't score your team will lose

Route running,

Beating pressman

Hand and eye coordination are all skills

talent is

Speed

breaking tackles

quick feet

cutting

but after a while (which wont be long) that's not going to work when i look at

Justin Hunter

more talent than skill which is not always a good thing i'm not say that these guy won't be good but skill makes talent look great
