Yesterday an "anonymous" player from the Saints called out Spags for being "a control freak" and for treating players and coaches "like crap." I think the most telling of the statements was that on Spags ability to coach during the game: "Don't even get me started on his lack of ability to adjust during the game, just bad. Bad. Bad. Bad."

How many times over those 3 seasons did everyone scream about how terrible the team was about changing it up during the game to adjust to what the other team was doing.
