Sam Bradford From Rookie To Riches!!!

Hey fellow rams fans

My topic today is Sam Bradford

with the way these teams throwing rookie QB's to the wolves as of recently. It didn't surprise me that Bradford struggled his first few year's. I mean let's keep it real. Bradford came to a losing team with no real identity and nothing to build on. Bradford made to best out of what he had around him but there wasn't any firm foundation there to build a true offense around him. He had a pretty good rookie year and was one game a way from making the playoffs and winning the NFC west. Second season he got hurt and we all how how that turned out but Spag's didn't help his cause either because. He failed to bring consistency to that offense by bringing a whole new system for a second year QB that would only work if you had a good o-line to allow him to read and react and find the open WR. Third season he made a significant stride in terms of being an overall QB setting career highs in every major QB categories. I Think Bradford wont be a top ten QB in 2013 for 3 reasons.

First he will be given a few more weapons but none of them will make an significant impact until next year and because of the cap issues we have. It's going to be hard to fill some of the holes we have on offence with free agency which means we are gonna have to use draft picks to continue build this team. Second seeing that fisher is a defense first coach (IMO) i see him continuing the trend because this draft is so deep with defensive talent especially at safety and outside linebacker which are both needs that could be addressed in the first round. Given fisher's history he will try to fix the o-line in the later part of the draft between the fourth and seventh round, Third this draft is not that loaded on offense. there are a'lot of boom or bust prospects especially at WR which is a great need for the team and just looking at next years draft that's going to be loaded on offense. By then i think we would be one or two players a way from the G.S.O.T days. Then we should see Bradford step into the elite conversation.

As always let me know what you think.

p.s this is just my opinion and i really hope he proves me wrong
