Another TE for the Rams

Do we really need another TE? I think no.

Lance Kendricks I believe is complete TE. He can block just as good as the best TE's in the league. His receiving has been coming on of late and I believe that he can become a top 10 TE. He is very athletic and I doubt that the Rams will use much of a two-TE set in the future with their rising stars at WR's.

With Pettis and Givens becoming reliable receivers and assuming that if Amendola OR Gibson resigns(I do not think both will) then 3 wide receivers are quality players. Then there is Brian Quick. A physically talented but raw wide reciever. He can become our number 1 reciever with another off-season the catch up to speed. That would mean that we would have 4 receivers and little room for a 2 TE set as our offense is changing into a passing team. Whether Steven Jackson resigns or not, within these next two years Jackson will hand the team off to Bradford.

A first or second round pick on a TE is not necessary and not smart with the holes at the safety position and on the offensive line.
