The game wasn't televised around here and my laptop was acting very slowly today.
Question 1. I saw all the comments about the bad officiating but no one was saying what the bad calls were about. Can anyone share some insight on what was going on?
Question 2. The caption on the last game thread said that SJax was flagged for spiking the football. Did he get thrown out? Why was it that Darryl Richardson got all the carries the rest of the game?
Question 3. Was it just me or did it seem like Danny Amendola was the only one running routes besides the Brandon Gibson TD and Mulligan TD? Seems like every ball Bradford threw was caught by Amendola.
Question 4. Why do our receivers make it look like catching the ball is such a laborious thing to go through. That long TD from Bradford to Gibson looked smooth until Gibson caught it. Seemed like he went out of his way to make sure he caught it with his body when it wasn't necessary. The ball caught by Mulligan where he was wide open reminded me of my kids when they open the first Christmas present. He caught it, looked to make sure he actually had the ball, then looked down on the ground to see if he was actually in the end zone and then started to jump for joy like he couldn't beleive he actually scored an NFL TD.
Question 5. Did "The Stache" get in Darryl Richardson's face when he fumbled that ball inside 3 minutes left in the game? I was following the drive chart on NFL.com and figured since the Skins used all their timeouts all we had to do was hang on to the football and wear out the clock. There was absolutely no excuse for him losing that ball at that crucial time of the game.
Rams 1-1. Go Lions so we can be tied with the Niners!
On a side note as a fan of the 3-0 Pac-12 co-leading UCLA Bruins, thank you Stanford Cardinal for killing the Trojans dreams!
