look, I know we lost but may i remind u guys this was the detroit lions... a team that made the playoffs, and have a top 5 offense in the nfl, and we went toe to toe with them so obviously we are closer to winning then people think.

this defense imo will be a top 10 defense this year we struggled a little bit with 2 things on sunday seems up the field to te's and pass rush well injuries were a factor to those things brockers will get double teams so that will open up things for quinn and long... also we barely blitzed at all to make sure we didnt give up the big play to that lions offense, that will change starting this week.

then with the te's we didnt have our starting safety listen dahl is good in run d, he can tackle really well but he is a below average pass defender, and in my opinion he is a liability to this defense.... and until stewart is starting we arent going to see how good this defense can be.

now, another thing that made me happy was sam bradford yeah i know what everyone is going to say oh he had under 200 yards, and he held onto the ball a little too long... but the perfromance he had in the 4th quarter was very promising...... he came up big when his team needed him..... i'd like to see him play like that more consistently but this was a good start for him.

finally, i just like how were playing out their were playing with a confidence, a swagger that we didn't see with spags

we look like we expect to win, and honestly i LOVE having a young team, i love what fisher is doing with this team

we're definatly going in the right direction.
