|Come on Rams - Spark us a win!|
T-minus 1 day and counting. That's right. Sunday at 12:30 central time we quit playing football with our little brother and play against a real team - or what used to be a real team not too long ago.
Last week, we were 2.5 point underdogs. Now we're under by 1.5 points or even. I guess the odds makers heard about Justin King changing sides, and they had to react! Over/under is 34, so they expect at least a few points to be scored - 11 or 12 field goals perhaps??
Of course, you know about the big, Manning-sized change to the Colts roster for this year. But you may not have been keeping track of their other roster moves that will impact us. Here's a listing of the comings and goings for the Colts this year from the CBS Sports Indianapolis Colts NFL Season Preview . A lot of big names have moved on even if some were already past their prime.

Let's welcome Luck to the NFL by introducing him to the turf as much as possible: Turf, meet Andrew Luck's hind end.
Got more auto part art on the other side plus some other stuff. Come on in and browse. But remember -- you broke it, you bought it.
Pink Floyd with the Andrew Luck song: Run Like Hell (from Long and Quinn)
I'm gonna start with one of my favourite songs from one of my favourite bands - Run Like Hell from Pink Floyd. It's sort of like Pink Floyd meets disco and PF stomps the bejezus out of it. So crankerup while you gander at the rest of this unholy mess!
Here's an interesting guy who makes art from old car and truck junk - sort of like the reverse of what the Rams have been doing with draft picks (making junk from perfectly good picks) until this year. Despite what the web site says, James Corbett is actually from Queensland, Australia and has been making these creations since 1999.
If you want to see more, or maybe order a couple of pieces, here's his web site. However, the photos are larger at the top link - less work for you, the reader, on a Saturday morning.
Ready for Something Really Creepy, but Cool?
I found this site when I was looking for info about an old abandoned mental hospital, Norwich State Hospital, that people were breaking into to explore. It's located near the Mohegan Sun Casino in CT but is currently being torn down.
Anywho, I wound up at this site called Opacity run by Tom Kirsch, or "Mr. Motts," who goes all over the world breaking into abandoned buildings and photographing them as they decay away. His work is beautiful, but one of the best locations is the above hospital which is HUGE and has underground tunnels between the buildings to add to the creepiness.
The place was actually featured on an episode of Ghost Hunters on the Syfy Channel. The team thought they recorded a couple of angry spirits during the visit.
Here's a couple of photo examples, but I can spend hours wandering around the site. Tom also gives tips on photography.

Parting Shot at the Olympics
They came, they drove on the wrong side of the road, they stretched, they olympiked and they're about to go. However, the US racked up pretty good after all.
Here's a "humorous" look back called Olympic Doppelgangers. (See if you can find Doug after he hit send on the email of his book to the publisher.)
And here's a cheap shot from a French guy...

Readers Poll - So Who's Gonna Win?
Before we go, who's gonna win the game tomorrow? I'll keep it fairly simple with an over/under of 3.5 points for each team. But, please, please, please - no wagering.
BTW, the next game is Saturday, 7 CDT in the EJD against the Chiefs.
Have a great weekend and, as always, GO RAMS!
