Tomorrow. If you read this site regularly, that's all I need to say. Tomorrow.
It was almost a relief when last season was over. Nothing satisfied more than seeing St. Louis Rams owner Stan Kroenke gut the rotting operation at Rams Park. The other man with a mustache, the one smiling and silent, ripped out the stained carpets left behind by the last owner.
It just felt different after that. Confident people who knew what they were doing called the shots.
Tomorrow, we get out first real glimpse at the results, a chance to feel the excitement of starting something new ... even if starting new isn't exactly a new thing over the last seven years.
The Rams start training camp with the first practice on Sunday at 3:30 p.m. It is open to the public, who'll find the action at the ContinuityX Training Center in Earth City, MO.
If you are planning to head out there to watch practice on Sunday, be sure to let us know on Twitter @TurfShowTimes. We've got a list going to help fans keep an eye on the action as it happens and connect with other fans on the scene. We'll also be featuring some tweets from those on the scene for live updates here on the site tomorrow.
Here's our Twitter list of media folks, bloggers and others to follow.
While you're thinking about training camp, be sure to hold the date for Tuesday, Aug. 7. That's the big TST meetup day at camp.
