According to Howard Balzer, he said it on a radio show. If this is true and valid, it appears as though Mr.Stan Kroenke just lost a good amount of leverage with the CVC. If a completely new stadium similar to Lucas Oil was built here, it would cost around $800 million (Lucas Oil did, in a similar city). Seems to be good news for us Rams fans, let's hope it forces Stan Kroenke to negotiate a bit more
