If take a look at the depth chart it's pretty easy to see what les snead needs to do for 2013. It may surprise some but when you consider the finite nature of draft picks and cap room versus needs it is pretty clear to me that it is likely the rams are done adding WIdeouts. Yes i said it. On the offesnive side of the ball, look for snead to draft a play making TE, a top tier RB and a OT that could also play guard, but will sign a quality starting FA OT. On the defensive side of the ball, look for snead to draft a OLB early and safety in the 4th or fifth round.

THe only significant free agent addition will be an OT. They will draft another OT in the first 4 rounds.

immediate starters coming from the draft will be RB, TE and OLB - drafted in rounds 1-3. This will leave one pick open for the best player available based on another need to start in the near future - safety, another OLB, or OT.
