Currently the NFL is making their list of the top 100 players of 2012 which lead me thinking of a Rams all-time list. All the great players who wore horns came to mind like Deacon Jones, Eric Dickerson, Kurt Warner, etc... Although figuring out the players who fill out the rest of the 100 came to be a struggle.

The way I started to compile names was going by each position and writing any name that came to mind who played that position. When i was through, I did not have exactly 100.

That is where I need help from you Rams fans. More after the jump

To list the best Rams players of all-time I took in consideration these following elements

• Hall of Fame
• Longevity with the Rams organization
• Can you write Rams history without him?
• Stats
• Proven player

I compiled many players but some will not make the cut for the list. Joe Namath will not appear on the list because he was on the Rams for a short period of time and he made his name for himself on the New York Jets. This means players who made the Rams better or had a decent career with the Rams should be on the list. Sam Bradford will have a hard time being on this list because he has had one good season and has not proven him self worthy yet. Recent player of the Rams have not fully proven themselves yet, but they could still make the list.

This will be a long series of posts when completed. I post ten players at a time, starting from 100. Each player will have a full mentioning of him and possibly highlights or pictures.

This list will be fan fed, so in the comments below list players you feel deserving of being on this list. Type their name and position.
