Will Mario Haggan make the cut?

We saw the same thing happen to our wide receiver depth that is now happening at Linebacker. We have plenty of depth and talent but not enough snaps for everyone. Mario Haggans is a big veteran free agent. Many expect him to be a lock to make the roster. This is based on the fact he is experienced and we signed him to a contract early in the off season. This will not be the case. I think there is a good chance that MArio Haggans will be cut. We have Rocky McIntosh who can and should play weak side. JL Dunbar played his best in 2010 at strong side backer. We have talented back ups in Sammy Brown, Alex Hoffman-Ellis, and Aaron Brown. All are flying under the radar but if you do your research you will find that Sammy Brown is a beast pass rusher and Alex hits like a brick wall on running backs foolish enough to come near him. Aaron Brown is a athletic playmaker who was all over the field for Hawaii last year. He has the ability to play in this league. Mario Haggan first earned his spot in the NFL by making an impact in the special teams. He has lost a step in his years and these young guns look poised to take his starting spot and roster spot all together. JEff Fisher is good at finding diamonds in the rough. So if Mario is shown the door don't be nervous, be excited as you discover the new diamond.
