I might have missed the post on this. However, in case I didn't, I wanted to create a quick post about some Rams front office changes that I read about earlier today (source - Profootballtalk).

It looks like Snead is getting rid of Mike Williams (VP of Player Personnel), Russ Bolinger (Scout) and Brandon Schwab (scout).

Snead has hired Ron Carthon to fill the Director of Player Personnel position. Snead has also hired Taylor Morton to fill the Director of College Scouting. Both worked for Snead in Atlanta. Morton replaces John Mancini who will be bumped down to Assistant Director of College Scouting.

I was expecting Snead to bring in his own guys shortly after the draft (considering his relatively late hire). I hope these new front office additions will promote better player analysis.
