The mad scramble is on! We HAVE to have a running back! We HAVE to have an OL! We HAVE to get a CB! Well-well Really? I have these questions for you-

1. Do we DEMAND that SJax score every time he touches the ball?--no!

2. Do we DEMAND that a WR score every time he makes a catch?--no!

3. Do we DEMAND that the QB throw a strike in the endzone every time he touches the ball?--no!

We make mad and wild cries into the abyss that we MUST find a way to score in 2012!! Oh God-how are we going to solve this? Take a jump over the edge into the overlooked and ignored-

OK-here we are. For you newbies I want you to pay close attention. I am know for my football prowess and am considered the expert in my neighborhood.

SO-of the 34 NFL teams, the Rams are ranked 27th in field goal attempts and completions. This is an embarrasment considering how many high draft choices we have. Has any PK EVER been sought after or even listed in our draft needs? Isn't it true that we DEMAND that the PK score every time he touches the ball? Yet there still isn't any call to upgrade this position, even when he is the highest scoring man on the team? David Akers, the PK for the Seahawks scored 166 points last year, and that's why they went 13-3 and beat the Saints in their run to the NFC championships. Overtime's are won 80% of the time by the PK, yet he gets nothing but a couple of head slaps, then goes back to the laundry room to resume his duties with the dirty jerseys. How often do we rave about a 100 yard game from SJax? How about a 100 yards from a WR? And neither one of them produced any points? GO Rams Head Office and get us a PK that scores more than 66 points for the year! 21 out of 28 atts ain't good enough! And just in case--get one with a strong and accurate passing arm. OK newbies-there you have it. I am a stickler for pricision in my posts, so print it out and keep it in your walet.
