The State of the Rams Future (What you think)

Greeting. Having been a three weeks since the start of free agency and it has been quiet intriguing. The st. louis rams organization as a whole abandon the spagnoula ship after a horrible ship wreck of 2-14 season and have found a new captain in Jeff Fisher and GM in Les Snead. With the addition of experience coaches such as offensive line coach who was at the Atlanta Falcon before he came on board. He is no stranger to help building up a offensive lineman and developing players. The fans are too irrational in the means of why should you cut Jason Smith then we then have another hole to fill. I am sure he knows that the fans are angry at his terrible performance but I know he would have a monster year this year as a prove it year. Sam Bradford, Robert Quinn, Lance Kendricks, Rodger Saffold and even Jason Smith are all extraordinary talents who haven't had a the chance to fully develop. All of these players have the physical tools to succeed, but it has not happened yet for a variety of reasons, such as coaching, environment and injuries. And this is where Jeff Fisher staff of experience coaches comes in. I believe as if the crew is just building a new ship and is yet to set sail until the 2013 season. As we see how we approach free agency it is said to be noted that we are making offers to most of these free agency on a multiple year deal. At the current pace we going its a slow and steady road. I see this current coaching staff drafting one top WR for Bradford to develop with And I believe that will be Micheal Floyd as I believe Blackmon will be gone before the 6th pick. Floyd has all the measurable and i believe he will do better than Blackmon in time. I also see us building up the OL and DL. We can say all we want but there arent alot of elite LT and the teams that won the superbowls in the past couple years didnt. We are in a severe hole my friends. In the nfl patience is the name of the game and that why i believe Jeff fisher will build through the draft and the free agents he brings in are leaders but are young.

Our defense is key and i see a top 10 defense for us this year. With Jenkins falling because of off the field issues I see him being motivated to come in a compete and put that behind him.

It is said that defense wins championships but if we do not score any POINTS how the hell we gonna win any games. In that I believe that with Brian Schottenheimer who was the jets offensive coordinator from 2006-2011 as well as some quaterback coaching will not thrust Sam Bradford into any complex as what Josh Mcdaniels did with a shorten offseason.Brian was the quarterback coach of the San Diego Chargers from 2002 to 2005 and played a role in the development of star quarterbacks Drew Brees and Phillip Rivers, so he's clearly knowledgeable of the position and will help Sam Bradford grow. But with a longer time I see the signing of Steve Smith Coming in and coming back to form as well as Jerome Simpson. I see us With Amendola coming back from injury no the rams will not go out and make any rash decision whether it be Floyd, Blackmon or even Hill who where it is I see the rams doing a well detail research on each player and how they fit into our system. People the draft is about detail research and how a rookie fit a certain system. There are plenty of first round wr that did not pan out. Brandon Lloyd was selected in the fourth round and see how that work out for the rams. I could Dwight Jones be a brakout player.

With a interview by Les Snead he stated that there are too many holes in the rams roster at this moment and its a working progress. We as fans cannot expect Jeff Fisher to come in and win us a Super Bowl with the type of roster we have. In Jeff Fisher first draft as the HC of the St. Louis Rams I do not see us drafting for needs but for the best player available. The GM Snead even stated that the holes on this team are too much but with us being second on the waiver wire I do see us picking up lots of players who are really good but were cut. Teams such as the Redskins and Patriots who have tons of Wr but little room for the roster. We have a recipe for success this season.

I must say with the uncertaninity of the draft I see the Vikings drafting not claiborne but Blackmon. Percy Harvin had shoulder surgery and with the frequent migraines they are not willing to go in the season without another option

Browns select Trent Richardson they not gonna be greedy and pass up on a premium back just for more picks.

Bucs select Morris Claiborne

Rams 6 decided to take Micheal Floyd

2a. Janoris Jenkins CB

2b kendal Reyes DT

3 Mychal Kendricks OLB

4 Dwight Jones WR

6 Isiah Pead RB

7 Josh Kaddu OLB oregon

7 Jeff Allen OT Illinois

I see us bring in some bodies for training camp to compete for roster spots. I know we added williams Hayes but I could see James HALL coming in on a one year deal. As well as:

James Butler S

Roderick Hood CB

Justin King CB

Trevor Laws DT

I see us competeting this year better than last.
