St. Louis Rams 2012 Preseason Schedule: Colts, Ravens, Cowboys And Chiefs On The Docket

Jeff Fisher makes his coaching debut with the St. Louis Rams against the Indianapolis Colts in the opening week of the preseason.

The St. Louis Rams 2012 preseason schedule is out, and it includes some familiar names for Jeff Fisher and his new team. Dates for the four preseason game have not been set. The lineup rotates road and home games, beginning with a tilt against the Indianapolis Colts and Andrew Luck.

Fisher knows the Colts well; the Peyton Manning-led Colts were his nemesis in the AFC South. Those days are over. Fisher and the Rams will get a look at the man tagged to bring a new dynasty to Indy, assuming Luck plays in the first game of the preseason.

After that, they have their usual preseason game against the Chiefs for the Missouri Governor's Cup. That will be in St. Louis this year. The Dallas Cowboys are next on the list, a road game. Hopefully this Rams team will not allow any new rushing records to be broken. The preseason wraps up with a game against Baltimore and their second- and third-string players.

None of the Rams' preseason games will be nationally televised.
