2012 NFL Draft: The St. Louis Rams Top Picks Happened in January and February

April 27, 2012; St. Louis, MO, USA; St. Louis Rams head coach Jeff Fisher introduces 2012 first round draft pick Michael Brockers to the media at ContinuityX Training Center. Mandatory Credit: Jeff Curry-US PRESSWIRE

If you haven't seen the post draft pressers with Jeff Fisher, Les Snead, and a few of the newest Rams, you may want to have a look? I have never seen a Rams head coach and GM so completely satisfied as I did in the Fisher/Snead video. These guys had the draft dialed in. They showed confidence in the way the Rams draft board was built, and pride in their small school acquisitions.

Most telling may be Fisher's comment that they had twenty un-drafted free agents signed within minutes of the end of the NFL Draft. Whatever happens with the actual draft picks, you have to be impressed how solid the front office team is compared to years past.

Have a look after the jump!
