2012 NFL Mock Draft, Day Three: Can The Rams Keep Their Hot Streak Alive?

Stay connected for news and updates

Could the St. Louis Rams add another receiver like Marvin McNutt on the last day of the 2012 NFL Draft?

The third day of the 2012 NFL Draft is hours away. The St. Louis Rams still have five picks left to make, one in each round and an additional pick in the 7th round. So who might Les Snead and Jeff Fisher be eyeing? Let's go to the mock drafts to find out.

This day three mock comes via Walter Football.

R4, No. 96 - Marvin McNutt, WR, Iowa

Not a bad pick, and I would not be surprised to see the Rams take another receiver. Personally, give me Marvin Jones over McNutt or a speedster.

R5, No. 150 - Brandon Washington, G, Miami

St. Louis needs to add linemen, whether those players start this year or not, they at least offer some young depth that will hopefully be able to step in down the road.

R6, No. 171 - Danny Coale, WR/PR, Virginia Tech

A return specialist would be very nice to have, leaving Danny Amendola limited to receiver work.

R7, No. 209 - Tyler Nelson, OLB, Iowa

I'm sure waiting this long to take a linebacker will freak a few Rams fans out.

R7, No. 252 - Jacquies Smith, DE, Missouri

A local product that would add some depth to the defensive line.
