The Rams are on the clock currently with the first pick of the second round, however with three picks in the second round, the Rams can draft a variety of players, at different positions.
The Rams have enough needs that they could go Best Player Available (BPA) throughout the 2nd and 3rd round, and get starters, or players that will help the team.
Drafting Jenkins would give the Rams a good corner, who could come in and start day one, or compete with the starters, or even be a solid slot guy.
You could say that the Rams need to avoid Jenkins, because of his past, but that has never stopped Jeff Fisher before.

This is what Ryan said about him months ago, when the Rams brought him in for a visit.
Jenkins has first-round talent. And until his revelation at the Combine that he has four children with three separate ladies, has been arrested in a bar fight and twice for pot possession. His troubles got him exiled from Florida. Most experts feel that Jenkins' extended family brood may be the biggest concern, distracting him from the game itself, a la Antonio Cromartie.
