The second round, where the early picks are basically late first rounders and the late first rounders my as well be considered second rounders. So, the Rams have 3 of the next 12 picks in the draft, all could yield high quality of talent. If I were GM, this is what I would do:

Pick 33: OLB Courtney Upshaw- I love this guy and who would have thought he would slip into the second round. One of the rams biggest needs is OLB. Upshaw had been mocked in the mid first round and it is a surprise he's available. If it's not Upshaw, look for Lavonte David.

Pick 39: WR Stephin Hill- The Rams missed out on Blackmon so they need a replacement. Hill has the most upside of any receiver left and would be a great pick.

Pick 45: CB Janoris Jenkins- Jenkins would fill a huge hole at CB. He is a great player and would be a big improvement. I think theres a good chance he's available. If he's there I think the Rams take him.

Others: Alshon Jeffrey, Lavonte David, Bobby Massie, Cordy Glenn, Coby Fleener

The second round will determine the success of the draft for the rams. They have to make good picks and may need to take a risk. If Brockers is a success along with one or two players from the second round, then the Rams will have had a great draft.
