Knowing that 90% of the people know that Kalil will be the third pick, the Rams will end up taking Blackmon unless Kalil falls to the 6th spot.
Floyd will most likely be taken within the top 15, which leaves the draft with two projected blue chip WRs that are projected to go in the first round. Sources say Kendall Wright may go as high as to the Bears, to as low as early 2nd Round. Stephen Hill can go within the 20s range and be taken by Denver, Cleveland, or Houston. More and more sources are saying that Cleveland may take Weeden with their second first round pick at 22. This is an oppertunity where Wright as well as Hill can fall to St. Louis with the first pick in the second round.
I think that Blackmon would work well with Wright, both have different styles where Blackmon is a true #1 where Wright can act as a #2 slot reciever like an Amendola. This would give Sam a ton of ammunition and his confidence back like he had in his rookie season.
