Ryan Tannehill with Impressive Pro Day; Could Rams Trade Down Again?

Texas A&M quarterback Ryan Tannehill had an impressive pro day today. According to Charley Casserly, this has possibly cemented him as a top 10 pick.

With teams doing everything they can to land their franchise quarterback these days, could this mean the Rams might be able to trade down again for someone to move up to get Tannehill? I think if the opportunity would arise, the Rams should trade down. This seems like a deeper draft than most and with many holes to fill this could benefit the Rams.

If the Browns were to pass on Tannehill at #4, it could make things very interesting. The Dolphins are in need of a quarterback and hold the 8th overall pick, but is there a team out there that is willing to trade up with the Rams to assure them of a chance to draft the third ranked quarterback in this class?

With Flynn signing with the Seahawks, and Manning going to Denver I don't see many teams out there that might want to jump up to select Tannehill. But with the NFL's QB obsession, anything is possible.

The only teams I can see as possible trade partners with the Rams include the Dolphins or Eagles, and maybe even the Bills or Chiefs.
