Do you believe in LUCKIE coincidences?? And what ifs??

Stay connected for news and updates

Andrew Luck has dismantled the Great Peyton Manning. Something that we would have never predicted a year ago. It is still a theory; I can't get my mind around. Was this just bad LUCK, or is there Karma involved? In 1998, Manning came to save the Colts after a 3-13 season. Save the COLTS??? Were the Colts in need of saving? Just two years ago(1995), they missed the superbowl by a hail mary. Marshall Faulk was entering his 5th season, and they had one of their most loved QBs of all time, who also happens to be in the Colt's ring of honor. Yet, after an injury filled year, Colts traded their beloved QB to the Ravens to make room for Manning. The man he moved was the un-LUCKie coach of the 49ers, Jim Harbaugh. Is it coincedence that Harbaugh's kid replaces his successor?? Is it odd that Harbaugh threw 49 Touchdowns for the Colts?? What if Jim Irsay wasn't such a piece of shit? He may have stood by Harbaugh. Maybe if Harbaugh had stayed with the Colts, Irsay wouldn't have traded Marshall Faulk to the Rams. This website wouldn't have been called turf show, because best show on turf would have never taken place. What if he resigned Edgar James, and Cardinals drafted Adrian Peterson instead of Levi Brown(LMAO- I had to state this). What if Jim Harbaugh had stayed with Stanford one more year? Could he have returned to the Colts with Luck? Would he have let Peyton go? He did try to recruit his successor to the 49ers. I don't know the answer to these questions, but I do know that burning a superstar player puts a curse on future events. Like trading an Icon #13, Kurt Warner. Or letting SJax push out Marshall Faulk. Look at Marino, Barry Sanders, and of course who could forget the GREAT BAMBINO!!! Colts may have gotten their Luck, but only as a QB. I don't see that franchise making it to the playoffs until Manning retires, and forgives the franchise that has wronged him.
