I wrote a piece about Reiff earlier, and thought I'd provide a couple of links from the combine. It's pretty self explanatory.
Kinda hard to hear the questions, so the transcript is here.:
Couple of things. He mentions wrestling, something he did in high school. Iowa always targets wrestlers. Their feet and tenacity lend themselves well to football. And after cutting weight for so long, they are only to happy to put it on for a change. When he refers to Clayborn, he is referring to the Bucs first round pick last year. They went head to head constantly in practice, and Adrian was one of the best defensive ends Iowa has ever had. He had a very successful rookie season, and credits much of his success for having to fight off Reiff, Bulaga, and other Iowa lineman. Finally, I'd say from his reported weight at the combine, he's up about ten pounds.
Ken O'Keefe was the offensive coordinator at Iowa until he accepted a position as quarterbacks coach for the Dolphins under new coach and old friend, Joe Philbin. Philbin coached at Iowa before he broke into the NFL. Brian Ferentz is Kirk Ferentz's son, and new offensive line coach at Iowa. He was a guard and center for the Hawkeyes, and very successful. Some of you may know him as the tight ends coach for the Patriots this year. Yeah, those Patriots. Yeah, those tight ends.
Don't let his "aw shucks" attitude fool you. We're all like that in Iowa and South Dakota. On the field, he's awww yeaah.
