Phins Go All In
Several times now I've seen on a Dolphins site "We should give away ALL of our picks to the Rams for RGIII!" Some fans seam desperate while others just want results. They want a QB and bad. So this got me thinking. What if we really got all of the Phins picks? I'm not all that great with the later rounds so I'm just doing the first 4 rounds. Fill in the rest if you want in the comments. I had more than one selection for the picks because its so hard to tell who rises and who falls but my first choice is followed by the second. Here goes.
#9 Riley Reiff OT/David Decastro OG
#33 Zach Brown OLB/Peter Konz C
#42 Mohamad Sanu WR/Jerel Worthy DT
#66 Bobby Wagner OLB/Alameda Ta'any DT
#72 LMJ RB/Kevin Zeitler OG
#96 Isaiah Pead RB/Brian Quick WR
#104 Tommy Streeter WR/Nigel Bradham LB
I think there are a combo of players in there that would quickly reload our roster. Sorry about the lack of insight on the players, I just like to make the picks and see what you have to say. Comments welcome weather you agree or not.

nope
South Beach will be so happy next year when Matt Flynn is throwing to Marshall and Bush. Philbin is the OC from the packers and will look to bring in a experienced qb for his system, and who better than his backup in Greenbay. Expect big things out of Miami next year. The days of the wild cat in South beach are over so we all need to stop pairing dual threat qbs with the Dolphins.
I guess I'm not all that high on Flynn
but plenty of MIA fans don’t trust just one game from him and want the best available.

so
they arent high on one game in the NFL by flynn, but are high on a guy who has never played in the NFL? while i agree, that there may be too much weight given to flynns NFL accomplishments, he was still going to be a highly touted FA this offseason regardless of that game.
I guess my point is
Where was Flynn drafted? How old is he? How much will he be paid? Seems more potential with RGIII. imo

Looking at how Kolb, Jackson and some of the other "saviors" did
makes you wonder whether signing someone else’s backup QB is a really great idea.
This is the vibe I get from many MIA fans.
It seams all in for most. Maybe we get lucky?

it would be awesome to have all those picks
but a team will never give up all of one year’s draft.
They’ll give us some from next year.
Also I don’t agree on the players taken, but it would be cool to have a ton of new talent, revamp the roster
Haikus are easy,
but sometimes they don't make sense.
Refrigerator.
Who would you pick instead?
I thought every one of them would fill a hole somewhere. And if we got say Sanu I would go another direction with the other WR picks.

well i just don't know if some of those players will be around for those picks
like Peat or Brown

Yea I agree
I based this off of Walter Football and who they had available. That’s why I used 2 selections for each pick.

Some real nice names there!
David Decastro OG, Mohamad Sanu WR, Alameda Ta’any DT, Isaiah Pead…
Especially Pead, I think he will really surprise everyone.
I would be grinning big if we ended up with these guys.
I hope we steer clear of L. James though. I don’t think he has enough lateral change of direction/explosive cutting ability to do much in the nfl though. I see him getting eaten up by bigger/faster/rangier defenders at the next level, and being a waste of a pick for whoever gets him.
Thanks for the input
I just thought LMJ would be worth a look with an extra 3rd. But there are others I’d rather have.
