What's the word TST? I'm trying to gauge the interest rams fans have in certain draft prospects. Today i wanted to ask which linebacker prospect you'd prefer the Rams to draft Chase Thomas or CJ Mosely. These are two outstanding prospects that bring vastly different styles to the OLB position. Chase Thomas (Height: 6-4. Weight: 245) is GREAT at rushing the passer and shedding blocks. He is not particularly fast but he is still explosive deploying some sick moves to make would be blockers look foolish. Dude can ball bruh and plays the game with a veteran savvy. Here's Walterfootball.com's scouting report on Chase Thomas:

Though Thomas has the flexibility to play inside linebacker as well, he thrives blitzing off the edge and combines good physical skills with intelligence. Thomas has a knack for causing turnovers. Thomas has added some bulk this offseason, and could eventually have ideal size for a 4-3. He could be the 2013 NFL Draft's version of Clay Matthews or Shea McClellin, and rise into the first round.

On the other hand, you have CJ Mosely (Height: 6-2. Weight: 234). This guy is explosive in a more typical sense; short area burst and can run with the best of them. Mosely is praised for the rare coverage skills he brings the LB position. Dude reminds me a lot of the Cardinals Daryl Washington. Here a little bit of what Walterfootball.com had to say about Mosely:

Mosley has a lot of talent and figures to be very productive for Nick Saban over the next season or two. With Alabama's defense losing a number of play-makers to the NFL, he is being counted on to fill the void. Mosley is extremely fast and has good instincts.

So what would it be if the decision was your to make? Would you draft Chase Thomas and deploy hyper effective 5 man pressure packages or would you rather have the more physically explosive sideline to sideline coverage linebacker that would in turn, help our pass rush?
