On the road again ... you know the words, sing along! Okay, okay, enough clowning around. The St. Louis Rams have become serious business this season, owners of the team's first winning record since 2006. On Sunday, Jeff Fisher and Co. have a chance to get two games above .500 if they can beat the Miami Dolphins for their first road win of the season.
It's not going to be easy. The Dolphins, like the Rams, have been one of the league's biggest surprises so far, exceeding preseason expectations with a pair of a wins and some tight finishes thanks in part to a tough defense and rookie quarterback Ryan Tannehill.
Miami is favored by 4.5 points. I think it's a stretch, but the Rams have some big questions to answer today, not the least of which is whether or not they can score touchdowns. I think they can.
Another request: You need to read Doug's fantastic short story and post a review on his behalf. He's in the running to be America's Next Author (but don't tell anyone he already is an author, and a damn fine one at that).
