A fan looking for help

I'm not a Ram's fan. I'm not. It's not that I don't like them, its that I have a favorite team already. But, I will be the GM of the rams in a GM game on another forum. And I like winning... So I plan on doing a great job on your offseason. But, I need your help.

Who on the rams is easily expendable through trades?

Who needs immediate replacement?

Who are players you would like the rams to target in the draft?

Who are players you would like the rams to target through trades/free agency?

Now I do somewhat follow the Rams, I live in Missouri so you are my favorite Missouri team. So I do have a plan of action.

OT Matt Kalil in the 1st round and getting DT Jason Jones are at the top of that list. Any help is appreciated, thank you and god bless!

we need a front line that keeps their QB upright like the Giants got
we need Tickets to London for the next three years
We need group insurance cause Devaney really messed our minds bad, real bad.
We don’t need a punt / kick returner like Williams on the 69ers.
