Let's trade with Cleveland and we get their 2 First round picks:

#4 RD 1 - Justin Blackmon(WR) Oklahoma State - 6'1 - 215

#22 RD 1 - Mike Adams(OT) Ohio State - 6'6 - 320

#33 RD 2 - Zach Brown(OLB) North Carolina - 6'2 - 230

#66 RD 3 - Mike Brewster(OC) Ohio State - 6'4 - 305

#96 RD 4 - Bernard Pierce(RB) Temple - 6'0 - 218

#160 RD 6 - Terrell Manning(OLB) North Carolina State - 6'3 - 233

#193 RD 7 - Bryan Anger(PT) California - 6'4 - 204

Impressive

Especially your use of FA’s which eliminate the necessity to use a draft pick for a specific position: DT. The OLB’s are solid choices. Taking a C is probably a better idea than taking an OT.
CB is a position that could be addressed along with an additional WR. IMO Mike Adams, Bernard Pierce, and Bryan Anger could be replaced . I do not see Adams as a 1st round player. Pierce’s injuries and recent concussions would give me pause; Anger is a great punter, but with all the other needs I would find it difficult to use a draft pick for him.
Great concepts! I just fundamentally disagree with some of the players chosen. Again just my opinion.

With only 10 Mil in cap space

what do you think those 3 would cost?

not if we restructure or drop Jason Smith.

If we just drop him, we have 19 Mil in cap space. Seems like a totally different picture when I look it that way.

free agents

obviously this is all very early and we dont know how the combine and draft will shake out, but i would like to see some offensive line help found in free agency as well as WR.

id like to see the rams bring back lloyd, sign carl nicks to play OG, and i think jason jones will be a ram next season. some people seem to think cortland finnegan will be here as well. if that happens the secondary is very solid. but i really have no idea if the rams can make it work under the cap.

it will be interesting to see what happens with jason smith.
