I believe Minnesota has enough confidence in Ponder that they are not interested in trading up for a chance at RG3. I do think they would love a chance to get Blackmon for their young QB to throw to but are not willing to trade up. If we take Blackmon or Kalil I'm sure the Vikings will take the one left over. If we trade our spot to some team wanting RG3 I believe Kalil will get the call from Minnesota.
The most likely trade scenario is with Cleveland because they are not sold on Colt McCoy enough to call him the QB of the future. Washington would love to have RG3 but they would be hard pressed to compete with the two 1st round picks the Brown's could offer right up front. This could work to our advantage if the Redskins go all in, which would generate a huge deal for the Rams.
If you list the teams needing QB's by position in this upcoming draft you get 6 major players out of the first 15 picks.

Scenario 1: Ram's trade with the Brown's for their 4th and 22nd picks(+ unknown other picks). Brown's take RG3, Minnesota takes Blackmon, and Rams take Kalil + the 22nd pick (Kendal Wright, WR).
Scenario 2: Redskins trade up to our spot for RG3 giving us only the 6th spot in round one, (+ unknown other picks). Again Vikes take Blackmon or Kalil leaving the Browns with the leftover choice as BPA. The Buc's take Claiborne at CB, and that leaves us with Michael Floyd WR.
I really don't see how we can go wrong in this draft unless we use our 2nd pick. I think the only way they would do that is if they wanted to take RG3 and work out some under the table deal to move Sam to another team (Washington perhaps)? Suppose that the Colt's take someone else besides Andrew Luck, that just pushes Luck to us, and should be worth even more than RG3.
If I had my choice I'm picking scenario 1.
