The Rams have hired coaches at both of these positions according to Jason Lacanfora.

Paul was recently an O-line coach for the Falcons and was let go by the team. Obviously current Rams O-linemen Harvery Dahl knows a bit about the guy and possibly influenced him to come here. Paul was named O-line coach in 2008 for the Falcons.

I have also heard that the Rams have hired Mike Waufle who was a Defensive Line coach for the Raiders.

Waufle has also served as defensive line coach for the Oakland Raiders from 1998–2003. Waufle has coached at the college and pro level, and also as both offensive and defensive assistant throughout his career. Waufle was also a member of the 2007 New York Giants, who won Super Bowl XLII. He was the Giants' Defensive Line coach from 2004-2009 before joining the Raiders in 2010. Waufle is a very good coach and one that is beloved by many players around the league. With the Giants, he won a Super Bowl prior to landing in Oakland and some of his biggest admirers included Michael Strahan, Justin Tuck and Osi Umenyiora. There’s no doubt that Tommy Kelly and younger ends like Matt Shaughnessy and Lamarr Houston have benefited from his presence.
