St. Louis Rams 2011 Stats Predictions Danny Amendola

Today, I am continuing the St. Louis Rams' stat prediction posts, with everyone's favorite slow and short white guy Danny Amendola!! Here is the link for the rest of the stat prediction posts in case you missed them. Danny's breakdown is after the jump.

Star-divide

First off here are Danny's stats:

Danny Amendola entered the league as an undrafted free agent from Texas Tech, signing with the Dallas Cowboys, where he was a centerpiece in the Hard Knocks series that year.  He was cut and put on their practice squad where he spent the entire 2008 season.  Amendola signed with the Eagles and landed on their practice squad that season. Then the Rams picked up Danny off of the Eagles practice squad and a legend was born.

Danny is entering his third year in the NFL and most likely it will be his biggest statistically.  Last year he was the only reliable weapon for Sam Bradford and he got doubled in the slot!  This year with more weapons in the offense (Brandon Gibson, Mike-Sims Walker and Lance Kendricks) he should see more one on one coverage.

For the predictions lets do these stats; catches, yards, TDs,  punt return average, and kick return average.

with so much depth at receiving his numbers will drop, but he still will be extremely useful.

But don’t think he will return too many KOs

I'm thinking that Danney will return a lot of KO's this year-

Salas will fill in at the slot, keeping Danney for the KO and PR roles-

Danny will step up a notch if the other WRs perform

KO averagee lower with new rules. Don’t think we’ll see him on as many punts this year.
Go Danny A!

Really? If the other wr's can get Danny uncovered, he only needs to make 6 yards every other play-

And we win the Super Bowl-

Sadly,

we would still be averaging from the 20-22 yard line with that kickoff return average lol.
