There is a certain reciever that I have been clamoring for the past couple of years and all that I caught was a bunch of flak from my fellow TSTers. I said that the Rams should have considered trading a 3rd to 5th round pick for Steve Smith of the Panthers but everyone said he was to old and slow. He even said he wanted to be traded because of the quarterback situation in Carolina (before anybody knew what Cam Newton was gonna do with his first two games). Now Steve Smith leads all receivers with 14 catches for 334 yards. You think Sam Bradford would be able to do something with that kind of talent on the outside? We wound up drafting Austin Pettis, Greg Salas and Jermale Hines with those aforementioned draft picks. Would anyone rather have Steve Smith on our roster instead of one of those three guys? I know I would!
