ESPN's Adam Schefter reports that Danny Amendola "wants" to play Monday night against the Giants, despite a severely dislocated left elbow suffered in last week's loss to Philadelphia.
"Danny Amendola actually wants to play, and the Rams doctors are gonna have to try to hold him out," said Schefter.
From a Rotoworld snippet. Look, Danny, I admire your toughness. And your desire to be out there with your team is honorable. But seriously, you have to sit this one out. You only have 1 and 1/2 arms right now. We require 2 arms from our WRs...and no hands.

Fuckin love that guy
Tough as nails.
Two things about me will never change. I will always root for the Rams, and I will always root against the Niners.
Yup. Love the attitude.
Have to have that mindset. You also have to have a working appendage.

Gotta LOVE Danny and his toughness
But I’d feel much better having him sit this one out and give Salas/Pettis/DX a chance.
My thoughts...
1. Rams need legitimate receiver[s].
2. It annoys the hell out of me when I see Spags clapping after bad plays by the Rams.
More to come...
Yea I would rather him sit out
Wouldn’t want him to reinjure it or anything. That’s what happened to Bradford….
Sam Bradford to Mike Sims-Walker
Kinda has a ring to it
I thought it was nearly certain he would miss most of the season?
Piss off Tony, get shipped to Canada.

Shouldn't play
but just another reason for my major man-crush on Danny

Don't play Danny-you know we need you BUT-
All you need to do is crack that elbow for sure, then it’s over. Besides, I would really like to know if our two (3)? draft choices can actually catch anything like in practice. Don’t freeze up Pettis, it’s only a game for now. Later, it becomes something else!!
I'm looking forward to the BIG BLUE battle of the crutches

You know what sucks
If he DID suit up he’d probably be our #1 target. I like the additional nonrequirement about the hands. It’s just a little too close to the truth to be funny. Gotta love his tude, hopefully it rubs off on others.

Who would you throw to
Someone with one arm but has two hands or someone with two arms and no hands
Reminds me of rajon rondo in the nba playoffs
He played had the same injury and didn’t miss a game( played two days later)…although he wasn’t the same

He could
Be the decoy if he could conseal a cast. Oh wait he can’t hide one with no sleeves. Lol well he’s out this week. I wonder if he’s out there running around and asking Sam to throw him the ball.

I wouldn't be surprised
to see him on the sidelines in full gear, just for the support.
