What Rams players look to have decent Fantasy Value?

Of course, Steven is the top dog ... er Ram. But who else is going to shine?

Sam Bradford is slotted to be most Fantasy Teams back up, could he top elite status this year?

Lance Kendricks, will he be the sleeper TE pick of the year?

Danny Amendola is a favorite among PPR leagues for teams who lose the Wes Welker sweepstakes.

Josh Brown was among the top third of kickers last year, could his 60 yard kick show he can be the top kicker?

Mike Sims-Walker, Donnie Avery, Brandon Gibson, Danario Alexander... All have potential, but will they bring it on game day?

I picked up Kendricks the other day

I realized that I had waited to long to get a good back up tight end and thought I bet no one has got Kendricks and he is going to be great this year so I picked him with the very last pick in my draft.

You are a true homer.

No way that Bradford is an “elite” fantasy QB this year. But I think he’s a good late-round pick for a #2 in shallow leagues, and maybe a matchup #1 in deep leagues. Kendricks should not be drafted but will probably be a good fill in later in the season (a la New England TEs).

DX is the 2nd Rams WR being drafted… when he shouldn’t be on anybody’s roster. MSW and Amendola are the only viable draft picks but they shouldn’t be relied on as more than a 3rd WR or FLEX. (different story for Danny in PPR)

I think Cadillac Williams is a good pick this year as a handcuff to SJ or even as a bench holder in deeper leagues.

Kendricks should have solid numbers and you can just pick him up off the waviers

I would bank on Gibson as an average flex or WR3 too

In two of my leagues...

I picked up Kendricks in 1 as my backup TE to Dallas Clark. He might end up sitting on my bench except for Clarks bye week but at least I have him.

The other league, Kendricks went early (around round 6 or 7) and Danny went right before I was going to take him. I got Mike Sims-Walker late in the 11th or 12th so at least I got my Rams players to watch.

It’s nice that Steven Jackson isn’t the only Ram worth owning in Fantasy.

(Oh, forgot about Cadilac, he’s looked good in preseason).

Weird league.

I am the commish of a work league of mostly casual fans and people who only follow their teams. I was picking position 8 of 10 and was so confused when round 1 was over and 7 QB’s were gone. I’m still laughing I got SJ39 round 3. Bradford went next highest at round 7 MSW went round 9 by same guy and I got Kendricks, Amendola, and Brown the last 3 picks.

It is milk it may be spilled it may be delicious.

I can see Rodgers and Vick… and possibly Brady, but no other QB should be mentioned in that 1st round. wow! that’s crazy.

I drafted on Friday.

Ended up with James Hall, Donnie Jones and Craig Dahl (late round backup).

I like Bradford, but had to settle for Rodgers, lol.

Wouldn’t have minded Jackson, either.

Steven is going to get a lot of yards, but once in the Redzone the Josh McDaniels offense will go to the tight ends. I see Kendricks leading the team in TD’s.

Kendricks

(I wrote this in a prior post) I went to a fantasy draft last Sunday with my neighbor. I’m not in the league but I play asst GM. I insisted he take Kendricks in the late round (his second TE pick). So when his turn came up and he selected Kendricks the room went silent. Too funny.

Additional note – the only Ram players to be chosen were Bradford, Amendola and Kendricks. No surprise there.
