[Note by VanRam, 08/11/11 2:24 PM EDT ] Promoted by Van, see if you can guess the two scouting reports...
-"An elite pocket presence: exceptional at making efficient decisions and managing the game. Rarely makes mistakes, moves very well, and has a rare mix of big-play ability and execution." -
This is the scouting report of Tom Brady who, i think, is the best quarterback in the nfl. We can all agree he's deadly accurate and reads defenses very well always making the correct decisions both before and after the snap. Now last year after watching our favorite quarterback sam bradford play his first preseason game against the patriots i told my friends he reminds me of tom brady. I was immediately laughed at and they thought nothing of it but ive never changed my mind. Read the scouting report again and honestly tell me that same report couldnt have been written about sam. In the pocket he's efficient rarely makes mistakes (18 ints for a rookie qb is almost unheard of) and a fucking marksman (see any one of his big passes to mark clayton if you dont agree). Not to mention for being as geeky as he is on the football field he has some swag, comparable to... ya you guessed tom brady. Now the rams have gone and hired josh mcdaniels the offensive coordinator of Tom Brady's best year? Everything in my body is telling me the rams are about to be in for a big year prepare for a lot of bandwagon fans making accounts on turfshowtimes because not only do we have the BEST young quarterback in the game right now but the team is eerily similar to the one new england has.
Oh and heres's sams scouting repot...
-"Sees the field exceptionally well and does an excellent job reading plays as they unfold. Places passes very well, keeping them away from defenders. Patient, calm, and smooth in all situations. A true leader on the field."-
Or is it the other way around?
