Only Robert Quinn and Austin Pettis are still hanging, but according to Jim Thomas, negotiations are going smoothly and most likely Robert Quinn will be signed by the end of the day. I'd assume Pettis will be too, which is great for a team that has to learn a new offense. Getting all the pieces together early on will prove invaluable, especially to Sam Bradford.
