[Note by VanRam, 02/11/11 9:35 PM EST ] Promoted from the Fan Posts by Van Ram. The draft is the one time of year I think every fan is entitled to let speculation run wild, so we might as well entertain the notion of the St. Louis Rams picking third in the draft.
The experiment continues and this is where it starts to get interesting. With TST supporters helping build the draft board it has been concluded so far that the number one prospect on our board is obviously AJ Green, the wide receiver from Georgia. The second most coveted player is Nick Fairley, the defensive tackle from Auburn.
Now lets pretend that the Rams have the third pick in the draft and Green and Fairley are off the board. Do we pull the trigger on the receiver of the future in Julio Jones at number three or do we take a higher rated player at another position and hope that a top flight receiver can be taken in the second round?
