The Jacksonville Jaguars have made a trade offer to move up to the second overall pick for RGIII. The St. Louis Rams who have that desired selection, have been offered the following:

The Jag's 7th pick in the first round; their 2nd round pick which is the 39th overall, their third round pick number 71 and their 2013 1st and 2nd round picks. New ownership in Jacksonville is trying to improve revenue by placing an exciting package on the field. They feel as if RGIII may be a key element critical to achieving that goal. They are willing to bite the bullet on Gabbert and move forward.

The St. Louis Rams have accepted the trade offer.
