Im sick of hiring these first time head coaches and watching them fail. all of the good first time coaches usually join teams with great foundations to win. If we can get someone like Jeff Fisher or John Gruden then sure. but if we can only get the Rob Ryan and Jay Gruden is that really an upgrade over Spags? I would want to see this team with a healthy roster with bradford getting protection throwing to amandola and lloyd. Mcdaniels system relies on downfield passing which if our qbs had enough time to pass could be quite successful. Spag can coach a good defense as long as his offense can stay on the field for a couple minutes and give the D a chance to rest the rams could be a very good team. In Summary I do not think that we could attract any big time coaches and i believe that it would be worth it to stay with spags for one more season. I would not retain devany though, seemingly clueless in the draft
